The Independent Hopper Seeder mounts onto an existing conveyor line and seeds standard 1020 trays as they pass. A laser gate sees each tray and times the seed roller, the watering bar and the misting bar to it, so every tray is watered, seeded and misted the same way at line speed. Seven swappable rollers cover seed from arugula to peas, and each variety keeps its own saved settings, recalled from a single dial. The machine measures your belt speed itself, so seeding stays aligned on the tray when the line changes pace. Every unit is built around the conveyor, layout and equipment it will run alongside, and arrives assembled and calibrated.
