Our flagship Tray Washer is designed specifically for standard 10x20 trays, with room to accommodate trays up to 13.5" wide. It reduces labor time associated with tray washing by up to 95% and solves the largest labor pain point in microgreens production. The system features an auto feed mechanism that pulls in dirty trays and consistently cleans them through a pressure washing chamber. Optional add ons are available, including an airknife for drying trays and a sanitizing bar that applies preferred sanitizer immediately after washing, ensuring trays are clean, dry, and sanitized each time.
